About Trainer

My name is Ayesha Quadri and I am a drama teacher and leadership coach. Drama is far more than acting. It is a powerful, experiential learning tool that helps children and adults develop the social, emotional, and interpersonal skills they need to thrive. When people step into a dramatic activity — a role‑play, an improvisation, a storytelling exercise — they practice real‑world communication and leadership in a safe, playful environment. I take several drama based courses for kids and adults. StageSpark training has been used in schools, corporate workshops, therapy, and leadership programs.

Why Drama for Personality Development?

Drama isn't just about performing on stage. It's a powerful, research-backed approach to developing essential life skills. Through play, role-play, and guided expression, children naturally build confidence, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly—skills that last a lifetime.

What Parents Can Expect

When you enroll your child in StageSpark, you'll see them grow in ways that extend far beyond the classroom. Parents often notice:

  • Increased willingness to speak up and share ideas
  • Better ability to work with peers and resolve conflicts
  • More creative problem-solving and imaginative play at home
  • Improved focus and listening skills
  • A stronger sense of self and emotional awareness

Our Approach

We believe every child is uniquely gifted. Our sessions are designed to be engaging, supportive, and growth-focused. We create a safe space where children feel comfortable exploring their ideas, making mistakes, and discovering their voice—without judgment.

Through drama activities, storytelling, and guided expression, we help children develop skills that benefit them both on stage and in everyday life.

What Makes Us Unique

Unlike traditional drama classes focused solely on performance, we integrate personality development at every step. Our curriculum blends:

  • Fun – Games and activities that kids love
  • Structure – Age-appropriate progression for real growth
  • Support – A nurturing environment where shyness is welcomed
  • Practical skills – Communication, teamwork, and emotional expression

Our Values

Confidence grows when children are given a safe space to express, explore, and be themselves. We are committed to creating that space for every child who walks through our door.
